beautiful slovenia

This is all inside a couple of kilometers between Bled (very pretty) and Ljubljana (very pretty). It’s the mountains but it’s also not just the mountains. In fact, while googling where exactly that church was, I found that there’s another one just like it not too far away. So not even “beautiful church on mountain…

tree?

i think the tree fungus there is supposed to be clouds and angels but that’s really more from context With a Rolleiflex “Old Standard”, on Foma Ortho 400

self-portrait with cake

Somewhere in Vienna. Which *is* pretty but idk, something was missing there for me. I’d rather have new looking people in old looking buildings than the other way around. practice

have decided to exchange being bad at drypoint engraving for being bad at ink drawing. it’s a much faster way of seeing results that i don’t like, so that’s been very helpful. these ones are not completely wrong but don’t look too closely. this was with a 0.05 (mm? i have no idea, very thin)…

summer night

this got a bit darker than i wanted but only a little bit. With a Rolleiflex “Old Standard”, on Kodak Ektar 100. As usual, guided by technological limitations (f3.8 for 1s) and not so much by a light meter. Okay and underdeveloped at home, that also didn’t help.
