this in a focus in a relative way – in the sense that the actual focus is in front of the tree but since there’s nothing there it all works out. hand-wavey quick large format photography is really under-explored as a process 🙂


i say quick but it takes like 10 minutes to put up the tripod and the obsolete box of finest 19th century mahagony, and the exposure took like 30 seconds, but ya – quick in a relative way.
