With a 1930s Plaubel Makina II, which is basically unusable at night (well, the rangefinder is) but still makes pretty pictures. This is at maximum aperture (f2.9) – one day I’ll have enough patience to close the lens somewhat, that should make it all a bit sharper, but yesterday was not that day.
Also my new tripod works much better than my super cheap old one, though it’s a bit overkill even for the makina. But it’s nice not to have to worry about every gust of wind shaking the camera. Or most earthquakes for that matter. Now only worrying about breaking my back because it’s much much heavier than the old one – progress!
Exposure time 2 minutes or so, on Fomapan 200.
