also an exercise in a bit more careful cross-hatching and stippling – this is about as careful as i can be before i run out of patience. though i guess that depends on the day and/or background music. this one done to the rolling stone’s it‘s only rock and roll. i know it’s only sketch but i like it.
from a style perspective, this is a bit lacking in the “madman with a pen” department, and smells a bit too much like “laser engraved acrylic ordered online” for my taste. if that makes sense. so i guess it should be sabbath bloody sabbath in the background next time.
